TYPES OF CADET

TYpes of cadet ---

1.NON-DESERVING CADETS-

These types of cadet's mostly found in big institutes .they are usually sponsored. They have no knowledge what so ever about the field and had joined the

field just because some of their relative is a captain and earning well. They are always cool .Do all stuffs like smoking, drinking, party have no tension about

their career.they love porn and always talk about Goa.

2.Innocent one--

They also dont know anything about the field as they came from small town.usually found in IMU affiliated colleg which is not dg approved.have no idea

about c.d.c .very disciplined.Always debate about their hometown.Very sincere and obey every rule. They usually work hard and dream to become the

topper but always end up last in the list.they love porn and just heard about goa.

3.Fun loving cadets-

These usually came from states like Punjab. Mostly Sardars. Have no knowledge about anything (exceptions are there).Always make fun of faculty.Abuse

a lot.Discuss about bullet .Listen to Punjabi song as morning prayer.they too love porn. bund Mari hai Goa ki...Chandigarh is the best.

4.Deserving ones-The extinct species

They are intelligent as well as good looking.they knows about everything. They debate about everything from propeller to the smoking.Nowadays they are at the verge of extinction.usually jobless.but hard working always positive .Don't give a fuck to porn and knows about Goa but always talk about Brazil..

Dreams of Cadet....................

 Dreams of Cadet....

1.Home sweet Home

most of us don't have their own home.they are staying on rent or their home is too small.so every cadet have a dream to buy a big house(srk type).but as

soon as they find that their is no job .the dream of srk house fell down and reach to some small bungalow.sooner it become a decent flat.

2.A Super bike-

i just want to be on board once. After that i will be riding a super bike.and will woo all the girls.every one will look at me and say "aisey hotey hain ladke".

every one will treat me like a hero.after hearing my bike sound girls will have been running after my bike.

3.A Hot Girl friend-----

yes, this is for what i am doing so much of hard work.I just need a fucking hot girl friend who will pamper me all the time.Give  me a kiss in front of my friends

and pop out their eyes out.and her friends too  flatten on me.

4.Hrithik jaisi body---

biceps 21 inch, height 6 ft(wonder how to increase height but possible in dreams)  thats all we want...a good physique....then only we will fit into the profession.

5.Last but not the least........a Job

To make all above dreams true we need a job.......which is the biggest dream of all.....hope will get it soon........

mumbai--home away from home

1) CARRY THE DAMN BOATS
Boats. Carry them. Forget your underwear but don’t forget a fuckin boat. Mumbai becomes Venice within a few minutes of heavy showers and it is lot more comfortable when you can easily travel around the city in your boat showing middle finger to those stuck in their cars.

(2) THE SWEET WORLD OF POTHOLES
Boyfriends in Mumbai never promise the moon to their girls. Why? Coz they are already there. On Moon. Potholes and Mumbai – is a better love story than Twilight. Just when you think that you have finally crossed a pothole covered road, out pops another one – laughing at your sorry face while shouting ‘Up yours Bitch!’

(3) AROUND THE CITY IN ONE DAY
Day trips from Delhi include going to places like Damdama, Karnal etc. Day trips from Chandigarh include Pinjore, Kasauli etc. Day trips from Mumbai? Around the city. That’s fuckin all. It takes so much time to travel in Mumbai that you might as well stay indoors. For example- Sion is only a good 6 hours away from Panvel. So, if you are in Bandra and your friend lives in Navi Mumbai AND its raining, there’s your 12 hour return day trip dude !

(4) BHAAG BIHARI BHAAG
If you are from UP & Bihar – Sheesh! Scary! Its so bad for UPites and Biharis – esp Biharis that they are even making a movie on that – BHAAG BIHARI BHAAG – displaying the plight of Biharis who have some or the other goon after their ass almost all the time.

(5) LIVING (OR NON-LIVING) COSTS
One of my Mumbai friends got the shock of her life when she got to know that the rent for my three bedroom flat is Fifteen thousand. On the other hand, a friend who recently shifted there is paying Fifty thousand for a house- FIFTY FUCKING THOUSAND. Fares of AC buses go upto Rs 80, metro fares (still not operational) will start from Rs 50 and there is a proposal to increase those – even before the Goddamn service has started! So, if you are visiting the city, be sure to carry loads of cash dude. May be in a separate suitcase. Delhiites can still take the shock but those from Kolkata – from Rs 10 to Rs 100 – bechare Bongs !
6) KHAANA- PEENA
If from other parts of the country, you can survive. But if you are from North – esp Delhi & Punjab – God save you! In Delhi, you are used to eating good food with variety. In Mumbai, you will get good food which will basically include Vada Pav & Pav Bhaji in different variety. And never – I mean NEVER – order a typical North Indian thali at any restaurant unless it is run by a Punju.

(7) CELEBRITY SPOTTING
If you are thinking that going to BandStand (pronounced as ‘Banstand’ in Mumbai) will introduce you to a world of celebrities and that Katrina will be jogging besides you, you are grossly mistaken. Celebrity watching in Mumbai (Despite Bollywood) is not different from that in Delhi. You just roam around at typical hotspots like Bandstand , Juhu , studios like Filmistan and wish that you spot one by chance. One word of caution for Salman fans. If you do spot him, stay away from his car.

Shipping gyan.....

Why There Is No Job?.

Not a Breaking news...but yes there is no job..whether you are 3/0 ,os,ab or a loving cadet.there so many reasons you have heard like recession like stuffs. But i have figure out some genuine reasons.

1.Company takes only sponsor cadets-

Companies chutiya hai kya? That's what we want to say?...we all are suffering for job and in spite of giving us chance they are sponsoring cadets.some of the cadets have been looking for job from more than 3 years they are still jobless.Dear company Candidates you are sponsoring first they will do pre sea and than they will go on board .Look at us we are ready to work for you.Its all about money.Every one wants to make money so as the companies. And they definitely wants to stick to their money making business .so hope that will change soon.

2.I don't have uncle in shipping.......

NO reference........if you don't have any strong reference in any shipping company.Better tight you seat belts because without any reference the only answer you are going to hear from receptionist is that"sorry we don't have any vacancy "Nowadays they don't even care to take your resume. On the other hand if you mention reference to the receptionist she will tell you to wait for a while and politely say "we dont have any current vacancy but will revert you as soon as we get something for you".If you know someone in shipping mind you mate he should be on some reputed post because company will treat you as per as the post. Most of the guys are from small towns (with ruined dreams).they generally don't have any reference so....better try to get some reference.

3.Taking Help From Agent Is Injurious To Health......

Agent tumhari le lega tum likh ke le lo.....
If you know about shipping i am sure you are well aware of species called as agents. Here is a little conversation with a agent ....you will get an idea how big ass holes are they?.....
agent-hello is this mr. fuddu speaking?(this is the only line they know in english)
fuddu: yes,sir bol raha hun?
agent: fuddu jahaj par chad gaye ho kya?
fuddu: no sir...koshish kar rahein hain?
agent: dekho mere pass 1 vacancy aayi hai 10 cadets ki jaroorat hai..?
fuddu: (khus ho gya) ok sir...
agent: tum interested ho to btao..
fuddu: bilkul interested hun....kon sa ship hai sir?
agent:ship acha hai 2010 built hai?.
fuddu: sir kitna service charge lagega../
agent: 3.5 lag jayega....
fuddu: thk hai sir bus kaam dhang se kara dena...
agent: kaam bilkul genuine hoga chinta mat karo....?
fuddu:paise kaise dalwane hain sir?
agent: 50 000 medical ke time par ...bakki jab tumhar kam ho jayega..
fuddu:ok sir
agent: thk hai phir tumhara pakka samjhu..
fuddu :han ji sir...
Agent: thk hai phir tum 17 ko ud jaogey.....

so because of their agent giri......they are ruining the field name.....so if you get a call from agent uski mc do....

4.I am not extra-ordinary......

Taking sponsorship is much easier than getting a job after doing pre sea .Some of the companies recruit cadets by direct interview process and in that also we don't perform well result in failure .So the only chance to get a job is to strike the iron when it is hot.Be prepare for the chances because opportunities never knocks the door again....phir rote rehna.......
